I LOVED THIS BOOK! C. P. Smith takes a romance suspense book and adds a TON of humor. These wallflowers are calamity janes, trouble just follows them and they are hilarious. First if you haven't read book one, I would advise you to do so. While its not absolutely necessary, I feel you get so much more out of book two if you do. Plus book one is awesome and should just read it. Now about this book. Sienna is headstrong and is just pure stubborn. With her past of growing up in a family of perfect pod people and being the odd one out she's got some deep issues. Bo, also has some deep issues revolving around his mother leaving at a very young age. Sienna reminds Bo a bit of his mother headstrong ways so he fights his feelings for her. But soon enough he realizes that she's his and she's going to have to just deal with it, like the true alpha male he is. The suspense part flowed around the story but the underlying story is one of friendship. C. P. Smith weaves an incredible story of friendship between the women and the men that love them. She has all these great secondary characters that enhance and take nothing away from the main characters. That to me a the hallmark of a great writer. I don't know how I'm going to wait for Poppy's book. Sienna's book was amazing. The wallflowers on a dude ranch provided endless laughs. And Bo was amazing and perfectly alpha. The plot had twists and turns that I never saw coming. I loved all the book references in the story! The love is Insta and the sex is HOT! The characters are addicting. This is a definite must read. Now C.P. needs to write faster!
